Bio: Not much is known about Tim beyond the fact that he is exceptionally strange. He is tight lipped about his past. He has no family to speak of. He is well read despite never attending school. Tim can often be caught staring into space and not paying attention to the situation around him. He is also quite skilled when it comes to popping up at complete random and surprising everyone. Despite being a Ghoul he does not seem to mind CCG very much, often engaging in friendly conversation with anyone he can get to pay attention to him for a few minutes. In combat he is quite fast, generally avoiding anything thrown at him and taking to the air in short ranged combat. The tendrils under his wings can slough off feather like projectiles to be flung at high speed. He also never wears shoes. If asked he will not answer as to why, considering all the rest of his cloths seem well kept. He makes money on the side by selling counterfeit RC Booster shots to unlucky ghouls.

Tim fancies himself a man of science, however he often pushes well beyond the boundaries of social acceptability with his work. He is a capable surgeon when it comes to ghouls and humans alike purely through practice and experimentation on the bodies of those he hunts, often gathering souvenirs or "materials" to use on his next unlucky victim. Extensive research has been done into his RC Booster project. He does not really have a defined lab he works out of, rather drifting from one place to another. It is unknown if he has actually perfected the formula or is merely pretending to do the work to pray on unsuspecting Ghouls. He also experiments with making half ghouls. So far he has been unsuccessful in that field, however with practice it is only a matter of time before he will be capable of performing that particular operation.

Personality: Tim is very strange in a rather aloof way. He has an oddly polite way of speaking and seems to have an entirely different morality system than most everyone else. The only reason Tim ever does anything is because he finds it interesting or a valuable use of his time. He has no real moral barriers concerning throwing friends under the bus if it would be interesting enough for him to do so. As such he is usually a loner, shifting from group to group. Generally after subjecting any group of people to his behavior for any amount of time, he will be on his own again. He does not seem to mind this cycle though and seems perfectly content with how he leads his life. Tim is on a constant quest to satiate his appetite for interesting things and will use absolutely everything and anything to alleviate his boredom. He excels at creating situations that do not have lose conditions for him, much to the detriment of everyone else.

-She was one of the first successful experiments when it came to Ghoul operations. She was the test subject of a few treatments Tim was trying out for the first time, such as the Prototype RC Booster, as well more advanced surgery in terms of replacing body parts. He keeps an eye on her to see what will become of such an archaic treatment.

Satoshi Yuki (c)
-Yuki was the first to receive a full dose of an RC Booster. Due to it's relative instability he suffered adverse effects for quite some time. Tim continues to observe him and keep him close as he does not have a large data pool for this particular formula.

Sen Kesu (c)
-The first successful experiment in regards to converting a human into a half ghoul. He is waiting to see how interaction with the others will mold Sen. He lets him roam free but he is never too far behind Sen, should something interesting happen.

Akazaki Haru (c)
-Another recipient of Tim's current version RC Booster. He singled her out due to her desire for power and encouraged her to use the formula. She is perhaps the most independent of Tim's subjects, as he does not generally see fit to follow her absolutely everywhere, however she is quite the priority when it comes to physical changes. She received the most recent version of the formula and as such merits further observation to Tim.

Etsuo, Matsuhiko AKA Masami (c)
-Has received a full dose of Tim's RC booster. He is allowing her to develop without personal interaction from himself to see if that will produce any significant changes in the end result. As such, even he isn't really observing her too closely.
