Combining GLaDOS with the Big Sisters from Bioshock 2 was just probably one of the more funny crossovers that I could imagine. It makes an odd amount of sense too.
Little sisters are the result of a test program in Rapture. When I heard this I thought "hmm... where else could they get the girls for the experiments?" and that's when I remembered GLaDOS's quote about the Aperture Science Bring Your Daughter to Work program. It was just too easy from that point onward. XD

Which is why I chose those cores; anger for the red eye and aggressive behavior, and blue for well, relative calmness, and of course, CAKE (when dealing with little kids, it's always a plus to have around).

Actually, the red one is just the Emotion core; it's red cause GLaDOS was preoccupied with anger at the moment of the final fight; and the blue one is Intelligence. It's spewing a mortal cake recipe 'cause GLaDOS was on a mindless murderous mood.
