i dont think theyre sister units. i'd say delta gundam is the parent that spawned the hyaku shiki, or if we want to get technical then the hyaku shiki is the dumbed down clone of the delta gundam. Sister units would be more llike unicorn and banshee or rx-78-2 and G-3
