In Korea, they just do straight dubs of Japanese Sentai, but they call it "Power Rangers".

Basically.
Dino Force Brave was a South Korean made sequel to Kyoryuger (known as Dino Force over there). 
It was then dubbed into Japanese and called Kyoryuger Brave.
Oddly enough, they were given a hand-off scene for the Korean dub for Zyuohger(Animal Force)

I don't think it's odd, Korea has something against Ninjas so it makes sense that Dinoforce Brave would do the hand off instead of Ninninger.

Well, Ninninger's dub actually aired before Dino Force Brave. It's surprising they did Ninninger at all, seeing they skipped Huricaneger/Ninja Storm and shinkenger/Samurai. Maybe they didn't want to skip another.
They actually got both Wild Force and Gaoranger dubbed over because before Abaranger they only aired the american shows, and then they used Gaoranger to take Shinkenger's place.
