The shirt is tight fitting. But seriously I dont get these comments on how the drawing is anatomically incorrect. If we saw the whole picture he draws extremely long legs, her eyes arent realistic and her hair isnt realistic. Its his style.

The weight in very soft tissue always tries to gravitate towards the bottom, so it's at its highest mass as close to the source of gravity as it can physically get besides the restrictions of the skin and the very, very slight suspension of the nipple by the mammary glands.
If the cloth was pulling the boobs up, it would only affect the skin and a little of its fatty tissue and ligaments. The rest of the fat would go downwards so it would stick out most at the bottom area of the boob, besides where it goes back in to the abdomen.
