Sorry for the long delay to release this concept art of Vi.This is the last champion to come out in 2012 and I had tons of fun coming up with her design.
I also worked on her Launch Skin and the Splash Art.

I only wish the game could render her as beautifully as you've presented her here. Β She is one of about three champs whose release I've been excited for, both in terms of play style and also her awesome physical design. Β She's still one of my favourites, and I think it's so cool you got to work on her!

I noticed the version gypsylord uploaded on his blog about Vi's design process looks quite a bit different to this one - the colours are a lot moreΒ vivid and there's much more detail to her overall. Was this not the final concept or did you just go back and spruce it up just for that blog?

I think this is the final version.
If you look at both concepts this is more detailed and closer to the ingame version, while the one Gypsylord posted on Vi's dev blog looks more like Lightning from FF.
