AHHH GREG flats fit your detailed lines so well. i just think you should learrrrnn some colourbasics maybe, some of dem tones clash pretty badly even if I think turqoise and red look pretty sweet together, you should still choose what to use more carefully.
or do your shit like me and photoshop the hell out of everything so that it has a balanced colour afterwards. WORKS WELL FOR ME! i mean if you just floodfill a layer with a colour you want and then put it atop the layer your picture is in and then mess with the layersettings and opacity, just that gives the picture a more unified feel. try it sometimes, the best way to learn photoshops is just to mess with as much shit as possible.
also since you work with colouring things precisely, you should try and not let them colours flow over the lines, i see some little ripples here and there.
and i'd like to know how DO you colour? i mean, magic wand, fill tool? any layers? also also if your lines are all soft like, don't use the pencil tool to colour, because it will look pixel-y when it overflows and when you work the blacks, like on panda's glasses and those dots the shark is eating. it's really obvious at least here
mmmm iii also think you could shade, i mean if you used some darker tones for the background it would let the characters in the foreground POP out way more and let us bask in their glory more easily, especially since again you gots so many details going on. not sure if the characters themselves need shading but yeah some perspective-sort of shading would be pretty darn hot.
AND ALL THE DETAILS I LOVE THEMMM, but man I was so happy to see this coloured and all because it was what I was YEARNING for ~ i dont even care if you don't ink as long as there's COLOUR.
but i give MAD PROPS for the awesome as hell background, IT'S NOT A WHITE SPACE AHHH, HER FRICKEN CLOTHES SUCH FASHION SENSE and and. the panda with the raddest cap. ahhh goddamn i want her pipe, too.

Ugh this dude is cool beans. and digi-colouring? cel shading is as easy as adding another layer, making it more translucent and drawing black for shading. even subtly it'll work wonders.
