You captured the pose and the expression wonderfully. I can tell the character's very excited; downright giddy.

One point that I get hung up on is that her legs seem to cut off at the skirt, but I can't see the dividing line. The wave of the skirt suggests that the cutoff point should be higher, but the lace lining isn't following the folds at the front. A little more definition there will resolve that.

The hair is still different like one isnt straight like the others, it sort of bends. All in all this pic doesn't have much mistakes, good job :>

So cute! The hair is awesome, and I love the shoes and socks. Very sweet and chibi-like. Her expression is priceless and adorable, and her outfit is amazing. Five stars.
