Dork..it's your health... Drink water, don't drink water... *sigh* It's up to youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu...
I've found that drinking lots of water seems to speed things along in the sick department.
So DRINK WATER...Not using reverse psychology on you...

i love the colors in this, the fact that you strayed from the stereotypical navy blue.

Very pleasing colour and lighting, good atmospherics - quibbles... light in space is harsh, no ambient light, strong - very strong - shadows. Also the continents seem to be bumped like they have an edge - the earth is smother and rounder than a billiard ball, no mountain ranges, no edges of continents not even the slight flattening at the poles would be visible, in terms of bump, to the naked eye from this position. That's not to say it isn't a very good picture! But you know, I'm just a natural trouble causer.

Thank you, David! I'm glad I wasn't going for ultra realism on the background on this lol....
How are you feeling? You're not OVERdoing things, are you? (Of course he is) Is food tasting any better yet?
I have bronchitis...Did I already tell you? The doctor told me that my lungs sound horrible and gave me antibiotics and an inhaler...and told me to stay home from work today. She was going to do x-rays but I distracted her.

Bronchitis? Is that bad? It sounds bad. I don't think I'm overdoing things, no. Food is tasting better, thank goodness and I've even had a can of beer! Oooh, my first of the year. Antibiotics... yuck, poor Debbie... oh well, let's hope they sort you out in double quick time!

Oh I'm fine... Bronchitis can be bad, but I am recovering... My lungs were swimming pools, that's all... Makes breathing annoyingly difficult... The antibiotics turned it all around quickly.

Jolly good, I'm pleased to hear that! No lung draining for you - or whatever unpleasent solutions they have to come up with when your lungs fill with fluid. Well done, get well and back to the grind stone and all that? Aye, there's the thing, when a youngster being ill always had the bonus of not being at school, which was always far more unpleasent than any snot-bug nature threw up - now being ill means not being able to work, missing work is bad, work builds up, people get grumpy, no money comes in.

hehe..well I can't really blame you for thinking that... I had the planet more solid... but I just really liked the effect better this way and it's myyyyyyy picture and who cares about "realism" anyway, right?

The light is superb, wow did you paint the sky yourself? if so great job
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Zethara In reply to Digital-Kisses [2006-01-16 22:16:24 +0000 UTC]
I worked on the sky in Bryce 5.5. It's a combination of a sky umm..set...and a sphere with material stuff on it stretched and squashed and moved and lit up and colors changed and tweaked ... not painted... but created... Is it still a great job? Thank you!

Digital-Kisses In reply to Zethara [2006-01-16 22:32:52 +0000 UTC]
Yes it really is a great job, I should work more in Bryce myself you can create such great scenes and skies in it

You should! Bryce gets a bad rap sometimes... Probably because people don't look beyond the presets and defaults.
