Description
My version of Copperhead for Batman Arkham Beyond.After Abel Cuvier was turned into a chimera-like splicer, the Chimera Institute was in need of a leader and they found a new one in the form of Amelia Chase, a scientist who pushed things just as far as Cuvier did. She was fond of splicing herself and would often turn into a snake hybrid. When it looked like Splicing was going to become illegal, Amelia sent some splicer grunts to kill the major advocates for splicer illegalization. After Batman stopped the grunts, they squealed on Amelia and sent the dark knight her way. Batman would have a tough time defeating Amelia as she had enhanced strength, slippery snake skin and venomous teeth and claws. She would be defeated but not captured. She managed to slip away and go into hiding until a clown faced sociopath found her and proposed an idea. "We'll Kill the Bat"

I'd suggest a costume akin to the Conduit from the Superman side of things.
Basically a more circuitry-styled suit that has a visor that allows him to better control his technopathy abilities.

Oh ye of little faith. You sure you can't get creative with that? Allow me to give you some aide;
Instead of the Original Inque, it could be her daughter. And in terms of her ink powers, perhaps her design is more akin to Brushogun from the Teen tItans Trouble in Tokyo movie; being able to not just become ink, but allows for art itself to come to life.

I'm still seeing a lot of black being used and not much else.

I was thinking more like paint styled. Think a body made of colored ink instead of black splotches.
Think Crazy Quilt in terms of coloring, but she’s a living paint brush.

And as I said, her ink works similarly to Brushogun's; she is able to use different colored ink to create different kinds of warriors depending on the color.

Lets see...Blue can likely be slightly stickier and be able to be used for binds, Green can be elastic and can stretch indefiently when solid and Red can likely be more intense in terms of physical durability.

I think Green should be for stickiness. Red should be for acidic. and I'm not sure what to make of Blue. Elasticity is already something Inque has.

Not in that way. I mean like it can be melded, take on different shapes and can turn into different weapons. heck, could even be better than normal weapons. Say a Gun with unlimited ammo or the like.

Pretty Awesome! Design and story rocks, but I'm not sure who Amelia Chase is in the Batman world. Is that one of the assumed aliases in the original Arkham game?
