My reimagining of Leather Teddy from Tuff Puppy.

In his new history, Theodore Ursang has had some bad anger issues throughout his life. He was discharged from the military for picking fights with his fellow soldiers and superior officers. He became a biker after that, but it was short lived as he couldn't get along with any of the biker gangs he was in. When every gang was sick of him, the leaders set up a trap where Theo was sent to prison for alleged grand theft auto, resisting arrest, and assaulting 27 officers who tried to bring him down. He was sent to a high security prison where he met Badrick Dogland, who would soon become Bad Dog. After escaping prison with Bad Dog, they were recruited to become henchmen in DOOM. Theo brought out his old biker gear and took the name, Leather Dread Teddy. His current look would be complete when he loses his arm during a raid on one of TUFF's advanced labs. For his success with the raid, Snaptrap personally gave Teddy a new cybernetic limb complete with a wrecking ball/bear trap instead of a hand.

For his look, I thought his original design wasn't threatening enough so I went with inspiration from another badass biker, The Terminator.
