Number 6 of the P.A.W. Patrol and the Construction Specialist of the team.

Rubble loved to build stuff from when he was a little pup and he got this from his dad, Rex, who served on P.A.W. Patrol. Rubble had 8 siblings who loved to build with materials special to them, but Rubble always built structures made of unconventional stuff. His siblings thought he was weird but Rex was proud of Rubble for his creativity and encouraged him to keep building his own way. When Rex's P.A.W. Patrol team went missing, Rubble built a literal wall between himself and his family and didn't interact much with anyone for some time. When Rubble went into his dad's office one night, he found a radio that connected to the Patrol's tower base and thought that maybe with some tweaks to the tower's radio system, he could boost the signal and maybe find his dad and the other missing Patrol members. Rubble got a bag ready and took off in his mini bulldozer, towards the outskirts of Venture Bay. It took days, but he would eventually make it there.

It took Rubble 4 days, but he eventually made it to Lookout Tower and was working on the tower's radios when he would soon came across the kids of the last Paw Patrol, Ryder, Marshall, Stella, Rocky, and Zuma. They all felt that Venture Bay needed a Paw Patrol and not agreeing with Mayor Humdinger's attempts to keep the Paw Patrol organization shut down, they all decided to create a new Paw Patrol team and save anyone in need. Rubble would continue his work on the radio and hopes that one day he'll hear his dad and the others on the other end of the rescue calls.

Rubble is a strong pup and can lift much more than his friends/teammates. Instead of a pack, Rubble has a toolbelt with tools like drills, digger claws, and a mini wrecking ball. His helmet is unbreakable, so it can take a good hit or 10 and not have a scratch on it.

- Rubble is the youngest member of Paw Patrol, but is the strongest.
- Rubble suffers from arachnophobia.
- Rubble has built pit traps around the tower and the others get caught in them often until they memorize where they are.
- Rubble likes to go around in vehicles since his body is big, legs are short, and stride is small.
- After getting dirty from construction work, Rubble likes to take bubble baths and use bath bombs, seven to be exact. The bathroom would be flooded with bubbles, but Rubble would have the time of his life getting clean.
