Judging from her gear, the way she knows to look for trouble at the slightest movement, and the way she holds her bow, I'd say she's around Ranger 8. She's seen a thing or two, and she can make your average merc look like a chump, but she has a long ways to go still.
Also I see she has the standard issue longsword xD
