xD i definitely have seen your style change. in a really good way. i'm going to admit this, don't kill me, but when i first saw your stuff like...waaaay back in '08 when we first started talking, it looked kind of...what's the word i want to use...generic?

but now you have your own thing going on and it looks neat! 0: and of course you've improved by like

lmao XD don't worry I'm not mad at you for saying that, I agree actually, even at the time I knew I was just drawing generic manga but I liked it - for a while anyway XD

I still don't really think I have my own style going though |D to try and move away from manga I started taking influences from `Endling because he became my favourite artist and I sort of feel like I've taken too many influences and copied him a bit. But I guess you learn from copying and I'll move into my own style in time XD

And yesh this is Rin :3 who still doesn't have a solid design because I'm indecisive like that |3

this is kind of unrelated- but i'm sorry i've like.
disappeared off of the interwebs. xD mom & i had a family friend come visit & i havent seen her since like 2006 & she leaves tomorrow, so i've barely been onlineee 0:

xD well, while i see some similarities between the styles you & endling use, i think yours also has its own different thing. i don't know what, exactly, but there are a lot of differences. plus its only natural to pull things from other people's styles, right? the way i see it-- we see something we like and we want to, to an extent, recreate it. and then yeah, from there we learn more of our own thing. :3

I was wondering where you were |D I was gonna ask Steffy but I forgot.

I'm working on a ref sheet for Rin actually c : I don't know if I'll stick with the design I use for it or not but if I do end up changing it again it won't happen for a while because I haven't had any new ideas for her design forever, I just never got around to uploading pictures of her new design |D

It's not too different really |3 just sort of updated with minor improvements

I judge my art enough as it is X3 Not that I dislike critiques but if it was purely negative I think I'd feel more demotivated than like I learned from it.
