In the comic AB and Scoots both get their cutie marks before Sweetie does.
They promise her than nothing has changed and that they can still go crusading.
They break that promise as they are always caught up in their new found talents and forget about Sweetie.
Sweetie begs her sister to teach her how to sew so that she can earn her cutie mark. Rarity is too busy to listen
(Last panel) Sweetie is crying amongst a bunch of failed dress designs
It could be a prequel to Sweetie Stitch in which SB commits suicide, maybe
