This is a elaborate demo of the body rig I created in 2009, which serves as a basis for my characters.
The current rig is roughly 80% similar to the one shown in this vid, some progress has been made nonetheless.

The rig uses Cinema4D's Mocca3 exclusively and is independant from external plugins or scripts.

It's features are:
* dynamic parenting
* mirroring of handle positions
* toon bending controls
* layered finger joints
* solid IK-FK fade
* dynamics for tail and ears
* mocap compatibility

Although your rig is C4d, do you initially model in a program like Zbrush or sculptris? :3 Just 'cuz so many modellers say it's hard to 'start' modeling a character in Cinema4d, but truth be told I can't wait to see what you do with C4D r13 (and what I'll do it when I get my hands on it myself) ... even if you're not planning on upgrading, they've apparently added a lot of improvements re: characters. [link] *drools on the character animation suite*

Sorry-- by the way I'm user iiji on Furaffinity :3 I really love Vivon's design and draw characters much like her myself. And I'm about to graduate with a BFA in Motion Media Design and have really taken to adoring Cinema4D!
