Its.. well hard to explain for me, but the way its shot (the tight crop and focus on the hands) and the greyscale.. Even the tilt of the tea carton.. : )
Its very wonderful to me. I think hands are quite possibly one of the most expressive parts of the body.. : )

mm...bloc party and photography. it does not get much better than that, my friend.
i love this peice. her posture, the way she's holding herself, the awy her legs cross, teh way her arms collide, the bands on her wrists, the wrinkles in her jeans.
she looks a bit like a kid, the way her knees sort of angle down and everything. i like that her torso is chopped off, but at the same time, it would be interesting to see the rest of her.
