Just a simple stencil to prove to you guys that I'm not dead. Just busy doing other things...The model is my own crowntail betta fish, Sully, who sat still for about a millionth of a second and I still didn't get a clear picture of him. Sigh.
Anyway, it's 94 mtn spray paint, which I LOVE, with some heavy black marker or something for the balloon. Enjoy!

you should make your lines in the fins more detailed and higher and try doing a layer stencil with some color at the tips of the fins

Lol! My betta was a little violent toward his tankmates at first, three golden tetras. Now they get along quite swimmingly.

While I do love his work, this piece was inspired by my betta! I've been working on developing a style of stenciling for a while, and I wanted to incorporate the flow and unique shape of the betta fish.

It's not exactly plagiarism, that's what terrible fan art is for. XD But it's just similar and there's nothing wrong with that in my opinion. I know how it feels to be accused of that because that's happen to me here on deviantart once or twice. But I mean, Banksy doesn't have to be the only one who does stencils, any one can.
