Page two .His overdose has caused him to start hallucinating and having a horrible trip, which is not typical of snorting cocaine, but with the amount of it in his body, it is expected that he would start to hallucinate.
The skull and eyes represent everyone he knows watching him slowly die as his addiction increases, shown in the last panel, its hands try to reach out and capture its victim.
