I'm afraid my picture editing skills are ver bad.
I'm having trouble resizing the image.
Whenever I make the image smaller, it loses its transparency.
I used Paint.net and Gimp to edit the image.
Can you please help me with this?

I was having trouble with Gimp. Something happens when I save a transparent image that makes tranparency go away. There must be some option or configuration detail that I did not set correctly.
I used Paint.net, and transparency was preserved. Just saved it and it was good.
