Kamen Rider Buffa is the rider identity used by Michinaga Azuma. Using the Desire Driver and a Core ID, Kamen Rider Buffa is capable of assuming his personalised base form, allowing him to enter the Desire Grand Prix. With the addition of Raise Buckles, Buffa is capable of using more powerful armored forms.

Armed Shield is Buffa's black, purple and navy-coloured armored form, accessed using the Buffa Core ID with the Shield Buckle in the right-hand slot of the Desire Driver. This form allows the user to summon the Raise Shield. This form debuts via archive footage in Episode 4 of Kamen Rider Geats.
