Kamen Rider Evol is the transformed identity used by Evolt and Soichi Isurugi (while possessed). Using the Evol Driver and the Cobra EvolBottle, Kamen Rider Evol is capable of assuming a form that surpasses both Kamen Rider Build's RabbitRabbit and TankTank forms and Kamen Rider Cross-Z Magma.

Phase 1 is the user's dark-red, navy and gold-coloured primary form, accessed using both the Cobra and the Rider EvolBottles. This form can summon any of the Build System's weapons by inserting the corresponding FullBottle into the Evol Driver and retains the use of the Transteam Gun and the Steam Blade, which can be combined to form the Steam Rifle. This form debuts in Episode 33 of Kamen Rider Build.
