Kamen Rider Tsuku is the rider identity used by Alpina Tsukuyomi of the World of Li-ion. Using the mass-produced Ziku-Driver and the Tsuku Ridewatch, Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi is capable of assuming both her personalised primary form and numerous forms based of the Kamen Riders of the past.

TsukuArmor is the user's ice blue, white and grey-coloured primary form, accessed using the Tsuku Ridewatch. This form can summon the Luminous Fractor, a sword made of solidified light, the visor of this form spells out 'Rider' in Katakana.

Chapter Background
In 2030, Alpina Tsukuyomi is working as a physicist when on one night she is attacked and kidnapped on her way home. Waking up, Alpina finds herself tied to a chair in a windowless room along with her childhood friend, Keito Myokoin. ZikuTroopers enter the room, informing the two that they are from the future and demand that Keito and Alpina take them to their other childhood friend, Sougo Tokiwa, so he could be purged 'for the good of the almightly Ohma Rego', but the two refused and managed to escape. Fleeing, the two manage to make their way to Sougo's watch repair shop and stumble in, both injured.

After they inform Sougo of their ordeal the man suddenly rushes off, leaving them alone. Keito looks around the shop, wondering what Sougo could have to make the ZikuTroopers want to kill him. Alpina approaches Sougo's workstation, filled with his tools and current jobs, as well as two blank Ridewatches, similar to the ones used by the ZikuTroopers. Calling Keito over, Alpina shows him the Ridewatches and notes by Sougo, wondering what the blank Ridewatches are and why he can freely summon them. Taking one Ridewatch each, they transform into the Gates Ridewatch and Tsuku Ridewatch for Keito and Alpina respectively, returning their memories to them at the same time. Leaving the store when they see news coverage of Kamen Rider Ziku, the two are approached by Woz, who gives them mass-produced Ziku-Drivers. Along with Keito, Alpina joins Ziku, transforming into Kamen Rider Tsuku to aide him against the ZikuTroopers.
